The Women's Space
The Women’s Space in Building 11 room 214 is a safe space for any UOW Student identifying as a woman. The space provides:
- free clothing and emergency sanitary products
- After hours Security escorts to and from vehicles
- information sessions and student events
The Tertangala
The Tertangala is a multi-media organisation run by UOW Students, to provide online and printed student magazines. Any student can contribute articles, poems, artwork, reviews etc by contacting thetert@gmail.com.
Hardcopies of the Tertangala magazine are available from the WUSA Reception in Building 11, Level 2 reception, ¾«¶«´«Ã½ campus.
Free printing service for WUSA members
A Free printing service is available to all undergraduate students at UOW.
Students are able to print up to 20 pages, each day (within office hours). Please go to Building 11, level 2 reception area to see the admin assistant to receive this service.
Campaigns around issues of concern to students
Various campaigns in conjunction with the National Union of Students (NUS) around issues of concern to students as well as keeping students up to date on changes to the Federal Government's higher education policies and budgets.
