Research Excellence in Science, Medicine and Health
Research quality in the Faculty is rated “well above world standard” - the highest rating possible - in many individual disciplines, as well as in the overall field of Chemical Sciences ( latest round).
During the last three years alone, Faculty of SMAH researchers have secured research and innovation income worth more than $130M for projects as diverse as exploring to investigating fundamental processes of life, one molecule at a time. Our expertise in single-molecule biophysics is at the heart of UOW’s world-leading $80m Molecular Horizons research facility.
