Are you a First Nations person, ready to complete an Honours degree, a research Masters, or a PhD in Australia, and interested in a special scholarship package?
If your research interests are relevant to resilience against natural hazards or a decrease in the risks of natural disasters, especially in First Nations communities, you may be eligible to receive the NHRA First Nations Research Scholarship.
The NHRA, or Natural Hazards Research Australia, introduced this scholarship in recognition of the barriers to participation and leadership in natural hazards research that First Nations people often need to overcome.
The scholarship also recognises the accumulated knowledges, relationships, obligations, and knowledge systems that First Nations Peoples can utilise to support Country. This unique opportunity may enable you to unlock your research pathway.
